Delete your account in the app, or request deletion by email without reinstalling Nurtura once our public support address is available.
- Open Family in Nurtura and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- If you own a family, delete that family first. This removes its shared care records, baby profiles, invitations and memberships for everyone.
- Choose Delete account and complete Google or Apple reauthentication. The app removes your login account, user profile and data stored on this device.
Deleting a member account does not erase records belonging to another owner's family. Copies exported or held on other devices are not remotely erased. Cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription separately.

Write from the email linked to your Nurtura account. Say whether you own a family and want the entire family deleted. We may need to verify ownership before deleting data. Never include your password.
